We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are sent to our print partners within 1–3 business days. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods, but we’ll always aim to keep you updated.
We currently ship within the United States only. All prints and products are shipped directly from our trusted third-party print labs. Average delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for the package.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes good news hides in strange places.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with our print partner to make it right.
If a package is lost in transit, we’ll assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that The Hip Explorer is not liable for shipping delays once an item has left our print partner, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve the situation.
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We can’t guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Production takes one to three business days. Delivery in the United States usually adds three to seven business days. You will get tracking by email.
Screens are bright and backlit. Paper is calm and reflective. I edit in sRGB and use archival inks and papers. Expect a small difference between a glowing screen and a printed page.
Yes. Carriers deliver to P O Boxes in most cases. If there is an issue I will contact you.
Sometimes yes. Email me before you order and tell me the date you need. I will confirm what is possible.
Rates depend on size and destination. The total shows at checkout before you pay.
Give it one full day. Ask neighbors and check other doors. If it still has not shown up, email me and I will help track it down.
